 5 Mechanisms That Deteriorate Our Health

Our body usually gets sick due to Microbial, Genetic, Environmental and Vital Factors.

In order for our body to produce Nitric Oxide, we need healthy nitrite and nitrate foods. Since we do not get enough, our vascular health, nerve health and immune system deteriorate at an early age.

Second  Mechanism  Antioxidants

Every day, oxidative stress, that is, rust, decay and aging, occurs in our cells during energy production and under the influence of microbial, genetic, environmental and vital factors.

The antioxidant system in our body is insufficient to prevent this. Antioxidants must be taken into our body through nutrition and supplements in many ways, so that our cells can cope with Oxidative Stress. Otherwise, it is inevitable that we will be dealing with many diseases.

Unfortunately, our body does not produce Omega 3. Omega 3 is found in all of our cell membranes and nerve cells. Since our body does not produce this molecule, we have to get it from outside. If it cannot be taken from the womb, the continuity of Omega 3 in our cell membranes is lost and the cell membrane is weakened in places where omega 3 is present. We can consider collagen as the carcass of a building. In other words, they are the cement, iron, columns and floors of our body. Collagen also begins to decrease in our bodies, starting from the age of 18, and mostly after the age of 40. By the age of 70, it has decreased by almost 2/3. Skin wrinkles and body deformities become visible. Our hard tissues are negatively affected. By affecting the tissues between invisible cells, our cells are affected both functionally and structurally. In recent years, it has been shown that the microbiota system in our intestines is also present in all organs in our body.
